계정 삭제 요청
AlphaMate Ledger 사용자는 앱 안에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우에도 이 페이지의 이메일 링크를 통해 삭제 요청을 보낼 수 있습니다.
앱에서 삭제하는 방법
- AlphaMate Ledger 앱을 엽니다.
- 설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
- 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 삭제 안내를 확인하고, 되돌릴 수 없다는 확인 항목을 체크한 뒤 최종 삭제를 실행합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 및 인증 정보
- 개인 가계부 데이터, 설정, 멤버십, 사용량 및 동의 기록
- 혼자 소유한 가계부와 그 가계부에 연결된 거래, 계좌, 카테고리, 영수증 데이터
공동 가계부 처리
삭제하려는 사용자가 소유한 공동 가계부에 다른 구성원이 있으면 가장 오래된 구성원에게 소유권이 자동으로 이전됩니다. 다른 구성원이 남아 있는 가계부의 과거 거래 기록은 공동 가계부의 연속성을 위해 남을 수 있으나, 삭제 사용자의 계정 연결은 제거되거나 익명화됩니다.
앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우
아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며, 확인 후 계정 삭제를 진행합니다.

Account Deletion Request
AlphaMate Ledger users can request account deletion from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you may also send a deletion request using the email link on this page.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the AlphaMate Ledger app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the deletion notice, confirm that you understand the action cannot be undone, and submit the final deletion.
Data Deleted
- Account and authentication data
- Personal ledger data, settings, memberships, usage quota, and consent records
- Sole-owned household ledgers and their connected transactions, accounts, categories, and receipt data
Shared Household Ledgers
If the deleting user owns a shared household ledger with other members, ownership is automatically transferred to the longest-standing remaining member. Historical transactions in ledgers that still have other members may remain for continuity of the shared ledger, but the deleting user's account link is removed or anonymized.
If You Cannot Access the App
Send an account deletion request to the email address below. We will request only the minimum information needed to verify the account owner and then process the deletion.
